Patient 1
Before After
This patient is in her early 20s. One day she was in her bathroom, became light headed, and passed out. She hit her face on the edge of the sink. Luckily she was ok, with no major head trauma.
However she did break her 2 front teeth.
Dr. Vashi whitened her teeth, and placed porcelain veneers on her two front teeth. She was very happy with the result because this gave her a natural look and nobody can tell that she has veneers.

This patient is a young, attractive lawyer in her late 20's. Her teeth were stained due to tetracycline antibiotic use in her early childhood. She was also unhappy with her natural teeth because they were short and flat (partly due to grinding).
She has always been self-conscious about her smile, and now even more because she is a lawyer and works for a big firm. She wanted to have a white, even smile...with longer teeth.
Dr. Vashi started with veneers on the top 8 teeth, and will be doing her bottom 8 teeth in the future.
She was also given a nightguard to help with her grinding tendencies. Even though she has moved to the San Francisco area, she is still a patient in our office for her regular hygiene and check up visits.
She has been a long standing patient, and always raves about how much she loves her new smile.
Patient 3

This patient is in her late 40's, and very active in local charities and community work. She did not mind the esthetics of her upper teeth, but hated the color of her natural lower teeth. She also did not like the jagged edges on her lower teeth and the worn down appearance.
Dr. Vashi placed 6 veneers on her lower teeth to match the color of her upper crowns, and straightened the edges to give a more youthful appearance. She was extremely happy with the result, and also was wondering why she waited so long to have this work done!

This patient is in her late 60's, and she has never liked her smile. She was a little hesitant to have the treatment done (because of her age), but she was motivated to have it done after realizing she has many more years to live.
Dr. Vashi placed 6 veneers on her top teeth and she has been ecstatic ever since. Her only complaint was that she waited so long to have it done!

This patient is in her mid 60's, and works for a local University as an administrator. Her main complaint was the fact that her lower teeth had been ground down over the years. She was worried that she was going to have nothing left if things continued the way they were going, and she didn't like the flat and jagged appearance.
Dr. Vashi placed 6 veneers on her lower front teeth to make the teeth a little longer and erase the jagged flat look of her teeth. He also made her a nightguard, which she promised to wear, to help with her grinding.

This patient came to our office because he was never liked the appearance of his front teeth. Some of his teeth were chipped and he had discolored fillings on his front teeth.
He was so unhappy with his smile that he stopped smiling altogether. He truly believed he didn't smile because he did not like his smile, and thus also gave off a very unhappy impression when it came to his job and his social life.
This was so important to him that he had been saving diligently to get this done, but then had no dentist that he felt comfortable with for treatment. Randy wanted a bright, white smile with straight and attractive front teeth. He mainly only shows his 6 teeth when he smiles and therefore we decided to create 6 veneers for his new smile. He is so happy with the results that he plans on doing his lower teeth very soon.

For years this patients hasn't been happy with the shape and color of her teeth. She thought her teeth made her look old, and that they were were moving and getting crowded. As a consecquence, she found herself smiling less and less. We talked about different options from whitening to orthodontics to treatment with veneers and crowns. Since she didn't like the color, size and shape of her teeth we decided on the latter option.
To improve her smile we decided to restore 9 teeth with a combination of All Porcelain Crowns and Porcelain Veneers. She has been so happy with the results that she says she cant stop smiling and plans to have to lower teeth done early next year.

Dr. Vashi was able to repair the tooth and replace the metal filling with a CEREC restoration in a single appointment, so that she could enjoy the rest of her visit.
